From Needle to Sachet: Fosfomycin Versus Amikacin for Cystoscopy Prophylaxis

Oral fosfomycin and intravenous amikacin showed similar effectiveness in preventing urinary tract infections after cystoscopy. Fosfomycin offered a better safety profile, making it a preferred choice for antibiotic prophylaxis.
