Amid the wave of digitalization, blockchain technology has emerged as the times re-quire, leveraging its characteristics such as decentralization and immutability. The Industrial Internet is experiencing vigorous development; however, it faces challenges including poor data integrity and difficulties in data access. Therefore, the integration of these two technologies holds significant importance-it can enhance the integrity and accuracy of industrial data, improve the efficiency of data interaction, enable efficient cross-enterprise data access control, and usher in a new journey of intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation. This study first constructs a data management model based on blockchain and the Industrial Internet, and classifies the application scenarios of different data users. Subsequently, it employs the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Hungarian Algorithm to research the multi-task collaboration mechanism of this model, aiming to enhance the model's stability and the efficiency of task processing. Furthermore, it formulates appropriate smart contracts based on the model's application scenarios. Finally, a prototype system for data management is built to analyze the model's results and conduct system verification. The results indicate that this study effectively addresses the current issues in industrial data, such as poor integrity and difficult access. It provides new ideas and solutions for improving the security, access efficiency, and integrity of industrial data, thus possessing important practical significance and application value.
