Abstract:
A ruptured iliac aneurysm with an arteriovenous fistula is a life-threatening disease that requires immediate treatment. However, an arteriovenous fistula due to iliac aneurysm rupture is rare and challenging to diagnose, especially in the absence of classic symptoms. Endovascular repair is a minimally invasive and effective treatment option, leading to symptom improvement.
