Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is linked to liver conditions like metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) and fibrosis. While OSA severity initially correlated with these liver issues, obesity and metabolic syndrome were the primary drivers after adjustment.
