Summary

Deep brain stimulation (DBS) can create electrocardiogram (ECG) artifacts mimicking atrial flutter. Confirming normal rhythm via device interrogation prevents misdiagnosis in patients with DBS and cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs).
