This study presents a novel MATLAB-based interactive software tool for the design, simulation, and analysis of the Lower Extremity Prosthesis Performance Test Platform (LEPPETEP). The system integrates a 6-DOF Stewart platform, a foot fixation mechanism, and an adjustable prosthetic holder within a fixed cage. LEPPETEP enables researchers to interactively modify structural parameters-including limb lengths and robot geometry-to optimize their robotic testing environment. The tool successfully performs gait analysis, cyclic, and static loading tests for both above-knee and below-knee prostheses. The design principles are demonstrated through an above-knee prosthetic case study.
