Abstract:
Miliary osteoma cutis is an underreported condition that typically presents with firm papules on the face, although involvement of other areas has been described. It commonly presents in middle-aged women with fair skin. Treatment options for this condition are limited. We describe two patients with miliary osteoma cutis, detailing the treatment strategies used, including the successful use of carbon dioxide laser-assisted extraction.
