Summary

Both legacy and replacement poly- and perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) impact zebrafish development. Even newer PFAS like perfluorohexanoic acid (PFHxA) and 6:2 fluorotelomersulfonic acid (6:2 FTS) show adverse effects on embryonic development.
