Abstract:
We synthesize a bismuth telluride nanosheet-based Schottky heterojunction, which enables directional electron transfer to suppress electron-hole recombination for the enhancement of ROS generation. When exposed to microwaves, this material can generate a large amount of ROS for tumor suppression.
