Abstract:
A new conjugated microporous polymer Try/TPCCMP with three-dimensions was synthesized by Friedel-Crafts reaction of the three-dimensional skeleton monomer triptycene with terephthaloyl chloride. Then, the tree-dimensional amino-modified CMP (NH2-Try/TPCCMP) was obtained by modifying the Try/TPCCMP with ethylenediamine through Schiff base condensation reaction. NH2-Try/TPCCMP shows a good adsorption capability for some estrogen compounds. After optimization, an analytical method for the sensitive determination of five estrogens in chicken samples was established by using NH2-Try/TPCCMP-based stir bar sorptive extraction coupled with HPLC-UV detection. Under optimal conditions, the detection limits (S/N = 3) for chicken meat were between 5 and 15 ng g-1; the linear range was 15-8000 ng g-1 and the coefficients of determination (r2) was greater than 0.9922; the method recoveries were 81.3 %-119 %; and the relative standard deviation was less than 12 %. It indicates that the method has a high sensitivity and accuracy for determining the estrogens in chicken meat samples.
