Nasal Vestibular Expansion in UCLP: A 5- and 10-Year Cephalometric Study

Nasal vestibular expansion (NVE) during cleft lip repair did not enhance maxillary growth. However, NVE reduced reverse overjet in 5-year-olds, indicating an effect on anterior teeth positioning in unilateral cleft lip and palate patients.
