Summary

New models convert ultrasound attenuation coefficient (AC) to a percentage index for diagnosing metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). Both models showed high accuracy, with the attenuation level fraction (ALF) being more objective for grading liver steatosis.
