Summary

Microvascular reconstruction for limb salvage in Hereditary Pyogenic Arthritis, Pyoderma Gangrenosum, and Acne (PAPA) syndrome is feasible. This case study shows successful free tissue transfer in a PAPA syndrome patient, highlighting the importance of multidisciplinary care.
