Clinical and imaging features of SMACH

Stellate multiform amelanotic choroidopathy (SMACH) presents with characteristic angiomatous vessels on fluorescein angiography and filling defects on indocyanine green angiography. Imaging features aid differentiation, and SMACH shows a favorable prognosis with good visual acuity recovery.
