Abstract
None:
Melanoma may present aggressively in young adults with widespread cutaneous lesions and early multiorgan visceral metastases, including rare involvement of the spleen, liver, gallbladder, kidney, urinary bladder, vertebra, and abdominal wall. Recognition of such atypical dissemination is essential for accurate diagnosis, staging, and consideration of molecular and genetic evaluation.
