Minimal detectable change was determined for balance assessments in individuals with incomplete spinal cord injury (iSCI). The Berg Balance Scale (BBS) and Activities-specific Balance Confidence (ABC) Scale showed excellent reliability, providing key insights for tracking recovery in iSCI patients.
