Summary

Brief mindfulness interventions (bMBI) improve autonomic nervous system (ANS) coordination. Two sessions of bMBI promoted adaptive ANS responses, showing better coordination between respiratory sinus arrhythmia and skin conductance, and lower blood pressure post-stress.
