Summary

Fibroblast activation protein inhibitor (FAPI) PET/CT offers superior imaging of peritoneal carcinomatosis compared to Fluorine-18([18F])-FDG PET/CT. This advanced imaging improves detection of peritoneal disease extent, aiding clinical decisions and potentially reducing understaging.
