- Corticosteroid use decreased, with 29.0% tapering and 29.3% discontinuing during follow-up; similar reductions observed in patients switching from efgartigimod.

- Rozanolixizumab initiation in the real-world US setting was associated with reduced corticosteroid use and HCRU.
- Treatment patterns, including the number of cycles, were adjusted in clinical practice compared to Phase 3 studies.
- Findings support the utility of rozanolixizumab in managing generalized MG, with potential for corticosteroid-sparing effects.
