Social dysfunction and default mode network functional integrity in neuropsychiatric disorders: A cross-disorder

Diminished default mode network (DMN) connectivity in the dorsomedial prefrontal cortex is a transdiagnostic marker for social dysfunction across neuropsychiatric disorders. This finding suggests a potential target for precision medicine, while DMN responses to emotional faces were not reliable biomarkers.
