Summary

Aerobic exercise in cold weather, especially at 0°C, significantly increases galectin-3 (Gal-3) and CK-MB levels, indicating potential myocardial injury in healthy individuals. Regular exercise may also lead to biochemical abnormalities affecting cardiac function.
