Folate Receptor Alpha Targeted Immuno-Positron Emission Tomography Probe for Noninvasive Imaging in Triple-Negative

Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) shows low folate receptor alpha (FRα) expression. A new immunoPET probe, 89Zr-DFO-Mirvetuximab, can noninvasively identify TNBC patients with sufficient FRα for targeted therapy.

- The immunoPET probe aids in patient stratification and monitoring treatment response.
