Abstract:
68 Ga-Trivehexin PET/CT is an αvβ6 integrin-targeted imaging modality that has demonstrated promising potential in various malignancies. In addition, recent studies highlighted its high potential for detecting parathyroid pathologies. In this case report, we present the preoperative 68 Ga-Trivehexin PET/CT findings of a patient diagnosed with papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) and a parathyroid adenoma, emphasizing the potential role of this novel tracer in PTC imaging.
