This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows: To evaluate the benefits and harms of various doses and timings of anti-D administration for prevention of Rhesus (Rh) alloimmunisation after childbirth in Rh-negative women with an Rh-positive baby.
