Association between thyroidea function and opioid agonist therapy: a prospective cohort study from Norway.

Opioid agonist therapy (OAT) is essential for opioid dependency but may affect hormone regulation. This study found no link between OAT and thyroid issues, suggesting routine thyroid screening isn't necessary for patients on OAT.
