Summary

Regulator of G protein signalling (RGS)-13 is highly expressed in lupus B cells, particularly double-negative 2 B (DN2B) cells. RGS13 impacts B cell populations in mice, suggesting a role in systemic lupus erythematosus autoimmunity.
