Pipamperone concentrations and organ distribution in postmortem cases with and without overdoses

Pipamperone, an antipsychotic, presents interpretation challenges in death cases due to limited postmortem data. This study analyzed its organ distribution and postmortem redistribution (PMR) in autopsy cases, finding moderate redistribution that complicates interpretation.
