Abstract:
The Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of tracheobronchial tuberculosis (2025 edition) published in this issue took nearly five years to develop. It was organized by the Tuberculosis Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, involving experts in relevant fields. Based on the original guidelines (trial), it was revised and improved through multiple rounds of discussion and revision using evidence-based medicine. This article introduces the development process, challenges encountered during its development, and future prospects of this guideline. It is hoped that it will help readers understand this guideline and provide necessary references for better understanding and implementing it in clinical practice.
