68 Ga-Pentixafor PET/CT Outperforms 18 F-FDG PET/CT in a Patient With Adult T-cell Leukemia/Lymphoma

Adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATL), a rare cancer caused by human T-cell leukemia virus type 1, presents unique imaging challenges. This case report details PET/CT findings in hepatic and nodal lesions of ATL.

Background:
