Comparison of Linked Color Imaging and Narrow-Band Imaging for Detection and Miss Rates during Right-Sided

Linked color imaging (LCI) showed lower miss rates for right-sided colon adenomas compared to second-generation narrow-band imaging (2G-NBI). While adenoma detection rates were similar, LCI improved detection accuracy, especially in challenging conditions.
