None:
Two new diterpenoid alkaloids, legendredines A (1) and B (2), along with twenty-eight known compounds (3-30), were obtained from the roots of the medicinal plant Aconitum legendrei Hand.-Mazz. Structural characterisation was achieved through Comprehensive spectroscopic analysis, including HR-ESI-MS, IR, and 1D/2D NMR. Subsequently, in vitro evaluation of nitric oxide (NO) production inhibition by these compounds was conducted using LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages as the experimental model. The results demonstrated that there are no isolated compounds that display a prominent inhibition of NO production.
