A new questionnaire effectively assesses physicians' knowledge, attitudes, intentions, abilities, and behaviour (KAIAB) regarding physical activity and exercise (PAE) promotion for non-communicable diseases (NCDs). Physicians show high intentions but limited knowledge and practice in PAE for NCD management.
