The daily routine of healthcare is intricately linked to the complex micropolitical processes of care management and its relationship with public health policies. The engagement of the healthcare team in knowledge construction, through mapping user networks that produce health care, is crucial in building comprehensive care. We present a participatory research method that highlights the user's existential multiplicity in the territory, through encounters occurring within networks, placing the user as a central figure in care and implicating the healthcare team as part of the user's network and as knowledge producers. Within this framework, we explore categories related to the User Guide method and provide some applied experiences its application and related themes. We propose experimenting with this method to demonstrate its potential in the fields of health research and care management. The User Guide is a strategy that fosters encounters, eliciting affectations capable of yielding insights into the dynamics of interaction among the involved parties. The User Guide stands as a powerful tool for discussions concerning effective health policies and living networks, particularly when users assume a central role in care.
