Abstract:
We reported the case of 55 years-old man with an unilateral tegmental primary pontine hemorrhage (PPH) with a follow-up brain Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) showing the residual hemorrhagic scar within pontine bundles similar to the symbols of the mahjong tile. We named this appearance the "Mahjong sign".
