Early Liver Transplantation for Alcohol-Associated Hepatitis: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

Early liver transplantation (eLT) is effective for alcohol-associated hepatitis (AH) patients, challenging the six-month abstinence rule. Outcomes for AH patients receiving eLT, regardless of abstinence, show comparable survival and relapse rates to standard liver transplantation.
