Abstract:
Approaches based on analytical technologies of molecular histology are of basic importance, among the analytical algorithms for studying the functional morphology of tissue microenvironment in space biology. This is due to both the unique ability to visualize the phenomena under study in situ in the spatial aspect, and the great potential to develop promising innovative protocols for the detection of cells and extracellular structures. This chapter is dedicated to the possible applications of histochemical and immunohistochemical analysis of the tissue microenvironment in space biology.
