Abstract:
We present a case of a 48-year-old woman who presented with intermittent chest pressure. Serial electrocardiograms showed type B and type A Wellens syndrome. She subsequently developed an anterior myocardial infarction and underwent successful percutaneous coronary intervention. Our case demonstrates the phenomenon of multiple electrocardiographic pattern transitions that likely reflect evolving coronary flow dynamics in critical left anterior descending coronary artery stenosis.
