Abstract:
Inspired by the separation properties of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), we develop a UiO-66-(COOH)2-functionalized electrochemical sensor for in vivo dopamine (DA) detection. It exhibits high sensitivity and selectivity, enabling in vivo monitoring of DA release in rat brains induced by the local microinjection of a carbon monoxide (CO) donor.
