Digital health solutions can improve efficiency, reduce workload, and support patient engagement. While digital forms are used in maternity care, their use in women's health is less studied. This qualitative study used semi-structured interviews with eight midwives and physicians to examine factors influencing acceptance and use of digital forms and to identify potential usability improvements. Guided by the UTAUT framework, thematic analysis produced 11 themes across its core constructs. Overall, digital patient forms were highly accepted and well-integrated into clinical practice.
