Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) increases hypoxia-inducible factor-2α (HIF-2α) in non-eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis (NECRS) but not eosinophilic CRS (ECRS). OSA risk impacts HIF expression differently based on CRS endotype.
