Abstract:
We present a high-quality hybrid genome assembly of Aspergillus niger ATCC 1015, a citric acid-producing isolate. The genome consists of eight nuclear chromosomes with a length of 35,617,925 bp (N50: 4.3 Mb; GC: 49.6%) and a 31,333 bp mitochondrial genome, providing a valuable resource for biotechnological research and applications.
