68Ga-FAPI PET/CT features of thoracic sarcoidosis: a prospective observational study

Gallium-68 fibroblast activation protein inhibitors (68Ga-FAPI) PET/CT shows promise for evaluating sarcoidosis, detecting lesions, and monitoring treatment response. This imaging technique may offer advantages over 18F-FDG PET/CT in certain sarcoidosis assessments.
