Summary

Octamer-binding transcription factor 4 (OCT4) reverses replicative senescence in stem cells from apical papilla (SCAP) by activating period circadian regulator 1 (PER1). This enhances SCAP proliferation and odontogenic differentiation for regenerative medicine.
