Abstract:
Locally advanced groin squamous cell carcinoma with vascular invasion is challenging. After immunotherapy failure, a multidisciplinary limb-sparing surgery combining tumor resection, vascular reconstruction, and flap coverage achieved complete healing and no recurrence at 36 months, highlighting the role of coordinated surgical management in complex oncologic cases.
