Abstract:
Isolated spinal cord lesion could be misinterpreted as a demyelinating disease. The diagnosis of sarcoidosis should be in the differential when other indices for a demyelinating disorder are absent. An inadequate response to intravenous steroid therapy should not rule out spinal sarcoidosis as this report confirms the response to intravenous infliximab.
