Background:

Purpose of the Study:

  • To verify the efficacy and safety of inspiratory muscle training (IMT) in older patients diagnosed with acute heart failure (AHF).

  • A single-center, multi-arm, parallel-group randomized controlled trial (IMT-AHF) was conducted.
