Chronic heart failure is a major public health issue that requires a multidisciplinary approach based on a coordinated care pathway. The emergence of new nursing specialties, the development of patient education, and the rise of telemedicine are helping to strengthen follow-up and continuity of care in the outpatient setting, improve quality of life, and prevent decompensation and rehospitalisations. In this context, the interuniversity diploma in heart failure management offers a shared training opportunity for physicians and paramedical professionals.
