Abstract:
Patients with dextro-transposition of the great arteries (d-TGA) who have underwent a Mustard or Senning procedure offer unique challenges when pacing needs to be established. This case report describes the Micra AVTM leadless pacemaker placement into the sub pulmonary left ventricle in a patient with d-TGA who had high grade AV block, as well as discusses the benefits and drawbacks of using this device within this population.
