Abstract:
An ACy5-QL-BChE probe targeting butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) was developed using an anionic cyanine dye (ACy5-QL) with 762 nm emission. It achieved high signal-to-noise ratio in BChE detection for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) across live cells, zebrafish, and mice by combining long-wavelength emission with enhanced ROS stability.
