None:
Two new ester glycosides named oleracrylate A (1), and oleracrylate B (2) were isolated from Portulaca oleracea L. The structures of the two compounds were verified by 1D, 2D NMR and UHPLC-ESI-QTOF/MS methods. Furthermore, the anti-inflammatory activities of the two ester glycosides from P. oleracea were studied. The results indicated that the two compounds could suppress the production levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in RAW 264.7 cells above 10 μM, served as potential anti-inflammatory agents, and enriched the chemical diversity of P. oleracea.
